Selank is a synthetic heptapeptide (Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly-Pro) derived from the endogenous immunomodulatory tetrapeptide tuftsin, extended at the C-terminus with a Pro-Gly-Pro tripeptide.
