Product listings are invitations to inquire. Pricing is confirmed by quote and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe products may be misused.

5. Limitation of liability

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
