These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Elevate Research Labs website and your purchase of products. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Research use only

All products are sold exclusively as reference materials for in-vitro laboratory and research purposes. They are not drugs, food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, or any diagnostic or therapeutic application. You agree not to use, resell, or label any product for such purposes.

2. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher or institution purchasing for legitimate research, and that you will handle, store, and dispose of all materials in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies.

3. Orders & pricing

Prices are listed per product and per size, in US dollars, and are binding at the time you place an order. Listed prices exclude shipping, which is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order already placed. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; the order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe products may be misused, and to correct pricing or listing errors. Wholesale and bulk pricing is available by quote on request.

4. Assumption of risk

You assume all risk and responsibility for the use, handling, and storage of products. You are solely responsible for determining product suitability for your intended research.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevate Research Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

6. Intellectual property

All site content, branding, and materials are the property of Elevate Research Labs and may not be used without permission.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
