Net content
Net-peptide analysis confirms the actual active mass delivered in every vial, reported against the labelled amount.
Sterility
Screened for microbial contamination by PCR so bioburden can't confound sensitive cell-culture and assay work.
Endotoxins
Bacterial endotoxin quantified per USP <85> (kinetic turbidimetric LAL) and reported as a value — no universal threshold applies to RUO material.
Heavy metals
Elemental impurities screened by ICP-MS per USP <233> methodology against internal laboratory limits.
Fentanyl screen
Every lot is screened for fentanyl by immunoassay at a 50 ng/mL cutoff and released only as Not Detected.

Endotoxin is the only result here the laboratory does not grade pass/fail: acceptable limits depend on route and matrix, and no universal threshold applies to research-use material — so it reports the measured value and leaves the judgement to you. Every other step carries an explicit specification and a PASS.
