Privacy Policy

Elevate Research Labs ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number and shipping address. When you contact us, request a quote, or apply to our affiliate program, we collect what you provide — such as your name, email, organization and message. If you join the affiliate program and set up payouts, we also collect what we need to pay you and meet tax-reporting rules: your W-9 taxpayer information (including your SSN or EIN) and your bank account details. We store your taxpayer ID and account number encrypted.

Order details. What you ordered, the order value, any discount code used, and the research-use certification you make at checkout. Payment card details are entered on our payment provider's own pages; we never receive or store them.

Technical and usage data. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived — for example the referring page, campaign tags in a link, or an advertising platform's click identifier.

How we use information

We use your information to process and fulfill orders, respond to inquiries, operate the affiliate program and pay affiliates, improve the site, measure our advertising (described below), keep our records, and — where you have opted in — send you product news, restock and lot notifications, educational material, and information about new or related products and services we offer. We do not sell or rent your personal information for money; see "Analytics and advertising measurement" below for how some state laws may view advertising measurement. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar browser storage to run the site (for example, to keep your cart and remember your research-use confirmation), to understand how the site is used, and to measure advertising. Some are set by us; others are set or read by the services described below. When you arrive from an ad or a tracked link, we keep that platform's click identifier in a cookie for up to 90 days, so a later visit or order can be credited to it. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site, such as the cart, may not work without them.

Analytics and advertising measurement

Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We measure our Meta advertising through a server-side tagging service operated for us by our marketing agency. Activity from your browser is sent first to a server on our own domain (bhs.elevateresearchco.com) and forwarded from there to Meta through Meta's Conversions API. It records page views, product page views, items added to the cart, checkouts started, the payment step, and completed orders. The information may include your IP address and browser information; the page address, title and referring page; identifiers that recognize your browser and connect visits to ad clicks; the products involved (catalog name, product code, category, price and quantity) and cart or order value; and, for a completed order, the order number, totals and shipping cost, together with your email address, first and last name, street address, city, state, ZIP code and country. We do not send Meta your phone number. Meta uses contact details like these to match the order to a Meta account and measure which ads led to purchases. Once received, Meta handles it under the Meta Privacy Policy.

TikTok. The TikTok pixel runs in your browser on this site and records page views, product page views, items added to the cart, and checkouts started. It receives your IP address, browser information, the page address, TikTok's own cookie and click identifiers, and cart value — not product names. For completed orders, our server may also send TikTok the order value and item count, with your email address and phone number in hashed (one-way encoded) form, your IP address, browser information and TikTok click identifier, so TikTok can credit the purchase to an ad. Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It records page views and shopping activity — product views, cart and checkout steps, and purchases, including product codes and names, prices, quantities and order value — along with standard technical data such as IP address, device and browser, and approximate location. We do not send Google your name, email, phone number or address, and we have turned off Google's automatic collection of that kind of information. Web addresses are trimmed before they reach Google so private codes in order and email links are not recorded. See how Google uses data.

Email marketing. Our email provider, Omnisend, receives your name and email address, details of orders you place (including your shipping address) and of checkouts you start, so it can send order-related emails and — where you have opted in — marketing emails. If you have signed up or opened one of our emails, it may also record the pages and products you view here, to tailor what we send you.

Your choices. Browser tracking-protection and ad-blocking tools can limit some of this measurement, and you can adjust your ad preferences directly with Meta, TikTok and Google. We receive no payment for any of this information. Some U.S. state privacy laws define "sale", "sharing" and "targeted advertising" broadly, and sharing information with advertising platforms for measurement may fall within those terms even when no money changes hands. Text messages

If you opt in at checkout, we may text you order updates and occasional news at the number you provide. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your phone number is, however, included in hashed (one-way encoded) form in the completed-order details our server may send TikTok for advertising measurement, as described above.

Data sharing

We share information with service providers who help us run the store — our payment processor, shipping carriers, email providers, hosting providers, and our marketing agency and its server-side tagging service — and with the analytics and advertising platforms named above. Service providers are bound to protect your data; Meta, TikTok and Google handle what they receive under their own privacy policies. We also share information where required by law.

Business transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or a similar transaction — including the launch of an affiliated or successor business — your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any recipient will remain bound by the commitments in this policy for information collected under it.
