Elevate Research Labs ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, organization, and message — when you contact us, request a quote, or apply to our affiliate program. We also collect limited technical data (such as IP address and browser type) and use cookies to operate the site and understand usage.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, process and fulfill orders, operate the affiliate program, improve the site, keep our records, and — where you have opted in — send you product news, restock and lot notifications, educational material, and information about new or related products and services we offer. We do not sell or rent your personal information. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.

We use essential cookies for site functionality and may use analytics cookies to improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

We use two advertising measurement tools from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram: the Meta Pixel, which runs in your browser while you use this site, and the Meta Conversions API, which sends information from our own server after a payment is confirmed. Between them they record when a page is viewed, when a product page is viewed, when an item is added to the cart, when a checkout is started, and when an order is completed and paid for.

The information involved may include your IP address, information about your browser such as the user-agent it identifies itself with, the address of the page you are on, identifiers that Meta's own cookies and ad links place in your browser (its browser and click identifiers), and — for a completed order — the purchase value and the currency.

We do not intentionally send Meta the names of products or research compounds, what an order contained, or customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping addresses or payment details. We have also switched off Meta's automatic collection features, which would otherwise gather page content and form-field information of their own accord. Payment card details are entered on our payment provider's own pages and are not part of what these tools receive.

We use this information for advertising measurement, attribution — understanding which ads or links led to a visit or an order — and campaign optimization. Once it reaches Meta it is handled under Meta's own terms; you can read the Meta Privacy Policy.

We receive no payment for this information. Several U.S. state privacy laws, however, define terms such as "sale", "sharing" and "targeted advertising" broadly, and under some of them disclosing information to an advertising platform can fall within those definitions even where no money changes hands — so this practice may be treated differently under those laws than the statement above about not selling or renting personal information. If you would prefer this measurement not to happen, you can block or limit these technologies in your browser's cookie and tracking settings, adjust your ad preferences on Meta's own platforms, or contact us at support@elevateresearchlabs.co.

Data sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as shipping and analytics partners), and where required by law. These providers are bound to protect your data.

Business transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or a similar transaction — including the launch of an affiliated or successor business — your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any recipient will remain bound by the commitments in this policy for information collected under it.
