Shipping & Returns
We know research timelines matter. Here's how Elevate Research Labs handles dispatch, delivery, and order issues.
Processing & dispatch
In-stock orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) once the order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping & handling
Orders ship from the United States in protective packaging. Where compound stability calls for it, we use cold-chain handling. Tracking is provided once your order ships. Available shipping methods and any regional restrictions are confirmed at the time of quote.
Cold-chain & integrity
Lyophilized compounds are stable for transit at ambient temperature for typical shipping windows, but we take additional cold-chain precautions where appropriate. If a temperature-sensitive shipment is delayed in transit beyond a reasonable window, contact us and we'll advise on handling.
Order issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a documentation discrepancy, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos where relevant. We will promptly arrange a replacement or resolution.
Returns
Because these are sensitive research materials, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or temperature-sensitive products once delivered. Issues caused by us — wrong item, damage, or a COA discrepancy — are always made right. Reach out and we'll take care of you.
