We know research timelines matter. Here's how Elevate Research Labs handles dispatch, delivery, and order issues.

Processing & dispatch

In-stock orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) once the order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates

Orders ship USPS Ground Advantage within the United States — a flat $12 per order, and free on orders over $100. Typical transit is 2–5 business days after dispatch, and tracking is emailed when the label is created. The exact shipping charge is shown in your cart and again at checkout before you pay — there are no surprise fees added afterwards.

Shipping & handling

Orders ship from the United States in protective packaging. Tracking is provided once your order ships. The $12 / free-over-$100 rates apply to United States destinations. We currently ship within the United States only — checkout will not accept an international address. If you're outside the US, get in touch and we'll let you know when we can serve your region.

Stability & integrity

Lyophilized compounds are stable for transit at ambient temperature over typical shipping windows. If a temperature-sensitive shipment is delayed in transit beyond a reasonable window, contact us and we'll advise on handling.

Order issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a documentation discrepancy, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos where relevant. We will promptly arrange a replacement or resolution.

Returns

Because these are sensitive research materials, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or temperature-sensitive products once delivered. Issues caused by us — wrong item, damage, or a COA discrepancy — are always made right. Reach out and we'll take care of you.
