Elevate SM is a long-acting glucagon-like peptide-1 () receptor agonist analog featuring a 31-amino-acid backbone derived from human (7-37). It incorporates an alpha-aminoisobutyric acid (Aib) substitution at position 8 conferring resistance to DPP-4 cleavage, an Arg34 substitution, and a C18 fatty diacid acylated at Lys26 through a gamma-glutamate/OEG hydrophilic linker that promotes albumin binding.
