Overview

This blend combines two synthetic growth hormone secretagogues into a single co-lyophilized preparation for laboratory research. CJC-1295 without DAC (Modified GRF 1-29) is a 29-residue analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) carrying substitutions that confer resistance to enzymatic cleavage. Elevate GH is a selective pentapeptide growth hormone-releasing peptide (GHRP) that acts as a ghrelin/GHS-receptor mimetic. The two molecules engage complementary signaling axes and are frequently studied together in vitro.

The combination is used as a tool compound in receptor-binding assays, somatotroph cell-culture systems, and studies of GHRH/GHS-receptor crosstalk and downstream somatotropic signaling. Each lot is supplied as a sterile-filtered, lyophilized powder characterized by RP-HPLC with identity confirmed against a reference standard. For laboratory research use only; not for human or animal use, diagnostic, or therapeutic application.

Research areas

  • GHRH and GHS-receptor signaling
  • Somatotroph cell-culture models
  • Receptor-binding and secretagogue assays
  • Neuroendocrine pathway research
  • Metabolic signaling studies
  • Peptide pharmacology and structure-activity research

Handling & storage

Store lyophilized powder at -20 C protected from light and moisture; stable for extended periods when sealed. After reconstitution, store at 2-8 C and use within research-validated stability windows; aliquot to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.

Blend of two distinct peptides; component identities — CJC-1295 without DAC (Mod GRF 1-29): sequence Tyr-D-Ala-Asp-Ala-Ile-Phe-Thr-Gln-Ser-Tyr-Arg-Lys-Val-Leu-Ala-Gln-Leu-Ser-Ala-Arg-Lys-Leu-Leu-Gln-Asp-Ile-Leu-Ser-Arg-NH2, C152H252N44O42, ~3367.9 g/mol; Elevate GH: Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2, C38H49N9O5, 711.9 g/mol, CAS 170851-70-4. Reconstitute in sterilebacteriostaticor sterile water for in vitro work; prepare stocks immediately before assay and avoid repeated freeze-thaw of working solutions.
