GHRH + GHRP secretagogue blend
This blend combines two synthetic growth hormone secretagogues into a single co-lyophilized preparation for laboratory research. CJC-1295 without DAC (Modified GRF 1-29) is a 29-residue analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) carrying substitutions that confer resistance to enzymatic cleavage. Ipamorelin is a selective pentapeptide growth hormone-releasing peptide (GHRP) that acts as a ghrelin/GHS-receptor mimetic. The two molecules engage complementary signaling axes and are frequently studied together in vitro.
The combination is used as a tool compound in receptor-binding assays, somatotroph cell-culture systems, and studies of GHRH/GHS-receptor crosstalk and downstream somatotropic signaling.
