Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") govern participation in the Elevate Research Labs affiliate program. By applying, accepting a code, or promoting Elevate Research Labs, you agree to them. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; where they conflict on affiliate matters, these Terms govern.

1. What you earn

Commission is tiered on your cumulative referred sales. Tiers are permanent — you are never moved down.

"First order" means the customer's first paid order with us, by email address; every later order from that customer is a reorder. Commission is calculated on the product subtotal before any discount, and excludes shipping and tax — so the customer discount your code gives does not reduce what you earn.

2. How a sale is attributed to you

Your link sets a referral that lasts 30 days. If the customer orders within that window, the sale is yours, on a last-touch basis: where a customer has visited more than one affiliate link, the most recent one is credited.

If a customer arrives on your link and then uses a different discount code at checkout, you are still credited. Only one discount ever applies to an order — codes do not stack — but attribution and pricing are separate questions and we resolve them separately in your favour.

3. Payment

Commission is confirmed once an order is paid. Confirmed commission is paid monthly, on the 1st, by Zelle to the details on your account. You are responsible for keeping those details current and for any tax on what you earn; you are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of Elevate Research Labs, and we may be required to report payments to you at or above the applicable IRS threshold.

4. When commission is reversed

Commission is reversed, and may be deducted from a future payout, where the order is refunded, cancelled, charged back, or found to be fraudulent; where the order is your own, or placed by you through another person; or where the sale came from activity prohibited under section 5.

5. How you may and may not promote us

This is the part that matters most, and the part we will terminate over. Our products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use. Anything you publish about them is treated by regulators as something we said. You therefore may not, in any post, video, caption, story, comment, direct message, or private conversation:

• state or imply that any product is for human or veterinary use, consumption, injection, or any therapeutic, diagnostic, preventative or cosmetic purpose;
• give or discuss dosing, dosage, protocols, cycles, stacking, reconstitution ratios, or administration — including framed as "for research purposes";
• make or imply any claim about results, outcomes, benefits, safety, or efficacy, including weight loss, muscle gain, healing, recovery, anti-ageing, or tanning;
• post before-and-after imagery, personal-experience or personal-results content, or testimonials about using a product;
• compare our products to an approved drug, or use approved-drug brand names to describe them;
• collect or ask for anyone's health information, goals, conditions, or medications;
• promote to anyone under 21, or on any platform or in any placement aimed at minors.

What you may do is the thing that actually sells this brand: talk about verification. Third-party testing, what a Certificate of Analysis contains, how to read one, how to check a lot's access code with the issuing laboratory, purity and identity methods, what we test for and why, and how to tell a real certificate from a fabricated one.

You must disclose that you are paid, clearly and in the post itself — #ad or #partner, visible without expanding a caption — on every piece of content that carries your link or code, as required by the FTC Endorsement Guides. You may not present yourself as an independent reviewer or ordinary customer.

You may not bid on our brand name or misspellings of it in paid search, run paid ads for our products on any platform, post your code to coupon, deal, or discount-aggregator sites, or represent yourself as Elevate Research Labs or as speaking for us. Commission on sales traced to coupon-aggregator placement is void.

6. Takedown, suspension and termination

If we ask you to remove or amend a piece of content, you agree to do so within 24 hours. We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, and immediately for any breach of section 5. On termination for breach, unpaid commission is forfeited. You may leave at any time; commission already confirmed and not caused by a breach will be paid on the next scheduled date.

7. Your account and our marks

You are responsible for activity under your account and code. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use our name, logo and approved assets solely to promote us under these Terms; it ends when your participation does. You may not register domains, social handles, or business names containing our brand.

8. Changes to the program

We may change commission rates, tiers, the attribution window, or these Terms. Changes take effect when posted here and apply to sales made after that date; sales already confirmed are unaffected. We may also restructure or discontinue the program — including where a change in the law, our licensing, or the nature of our business makes a commission-based referral arrangement inappropriate — on notice to the email on your account.

9. No warranty, and limits

The program is provided as is. We do not guarantee any level of traffic, conversion, or earnings, and nothing here is a projection of income. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under these Terms will not exceed the commission confirmed and payable to you in the three months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
